Liverpool's Star Offers Apology to Squad, Reveals Curtis Jones
The Liverpool midfielder has shared that Salah expressed regret to the group of players after the fallout from his recent interview.

The striker was dropped from a key Champions League match subsequent to voicing frustrations and stating his rapport with Arne Slot had deteriorated.
“Salah is an individual and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “He said sorry to the group and was like: ‘If my words hurt anyone, I'm sorry.’”
Arne Slot has chosen not to reveal on whether he was apologised to from the 33-year-old forward.
Looking Ahead
Jones insisted that the squad's reaction stayed normal. “He was his usual self, he had a big smile on his face and we all treated him normally,” the midfielder explained.
He also implied that a competitor wanting to play is a positive trait. “I understand there are different methods you can handle situations,” he said. “Yet, should someone be happy to just sit out, then I think that’s more of an issue.”
Positive Results
Their results have stayed unbeaten in the games following the situation. The player is convinced the Salah's words were not intended to harm the team.
“When there’s been any sort of anger, it’s always been from a place of caring,” he finished. “That chapter is closed and we’re building chemistry, playing well and securing victories.”
